Overview
Grove is a business development productivity app built by Jammitt LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address.
- Business card data — contact information scanned from business cards, including names, emails, phone numbers, and organizations.
- Usage data — app activity, mission completions, streak data.
- Device data — push notification tokens, timezone.
- Camera and photos — used only to scan business cards; images are stored securely in AWS S3.
How we use your information
- To provide the Grove service and personalize your experience.
- To generate AI-powered mission briefings using contact context.
- To send daily mission push notifications.
- To maintain your network and relationship tracking data.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Business card images are stored in Amazon S3. Contact and activity data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB.
Third-party services
- AWS — cloud infrastructure and storage.
- Anthropic Claude — AI-generated mission briefings (contact context only; no personally identifiable data is retained by Anthropic).
- Expo — push notification delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing (via jammitt.com; no payment data stored in the app).
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Children’s privacy
Grove is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
